Our company history
 One
Choice Mortgage was founded by Michael Walters who
has extensive experience in both the retail and
wholesale mortgage industry. He began in the
retail mortgage loan market in 1991 with his
family owned business. By 1993 he was
instrumental in the development of a wholesale
division with innovative products in the
Non-Conforming market. In 2001 he branched out on
his own and formed One Choice Mortgage,
LLC. Today One Choice Mortgage is a
leader in the Wholesale market offering
competitive FHA and Conforming rates and Non-Conforming
niche products.

Choice Mortgage was incorporated in 2001 as a Mortgage Banker.
We are approved with over 20 national lending
institutions. This allows us to provide some
of the most competitive rates and programs to meet
the needs of many homeowners. We offer
financing options for homeowners with credit
problems, high debt ratios, tax liens,
bankruptcies, foreclosures, and stated income
